Ohio County Schools Energy Performance Project

Brief Description

We worked closely with Ohio County Schools to complete a District-Wide Energy-Savings Project which was financially justified and financed based on calculated energy cost savings for specific capital-intensive
energy-savings measures within six (6) facilities in their district. We provided all of the Energy Auditing, Design, Code/Agency Approvals, Contract Solicitation and Financial Justification Analyses necessary
to enter into contracts for capital improvements and provided Construction Management and Utility Rebate Execution on behalf of the Client.

Outcomes

This project included LED gymnasium lighting upgrades, condensing hydronic boiler upgrades and a classroom addition HVAC upgrade. A portion of the project was completed at Southern Elementary School which is within TVA’s service area and participated in the TVA EnergyRight Solutions program.
